Because I belong to so many groups that share tubes, brushes, shapes, tutorials, scripts and so forth, at times I find that I have used an item that I either have not been able to give a credit for, or that the artist or author of the item does not wish to be use in the manner it has been used. I make every effort to abide by the creator of an item's wishes, so if you are the artist or the author of something you see here at Blue Nile Scrap Designs, and there is no credit but you want one, if you would be so kind as to email me and let me know, I will be more than happy to add your credit to the item.

On the other hand, if you are the artist or the author of an item and you do not wish for that item to be used at all for the purpose for which I have used it, if you would also email me and advise me of that, will remove it from my offerings as soon as I receive your message.

My freebies are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. Please do NOT change the file names. Please do NOT cut them up and use them in other scrap kits or claim them as your own. All my work is copyrighted. If you want to share my work, PLEASE share the link to my blog, not to any download sites I may use.

TOUs for individual items include links for credit for other artists who have created tutorials from which a particular element was created by me. Those links must be included on the page the kits or other items are used.
